Where in the world do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your location is not listed as an option at checkout, please contact hello@geomoriarty.com so we can assist. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, your order will be despatched within 3 weeks, upon completion at our atelier.

Occasional ready to ship items (as indicated on the drop-down size selection menu of a product) are in stock and will generally be despatched within 1-2 business days. If you've purchased a ready to ship and a made-to-order item within the same order, both will be shipped together when the made-to-order item is complete.

Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an email notifying you of this along with tracking information. Your item will generally reach you within 1-6 business days, depending on where in the world you're located and if any major public holidays are affecting our couriers. Geo Moriarty cannot guarantee these time frames but offers them as the most likely outcome.

Please hello@geomoriarty.com if you have an urgent order that requires expediting or to be sent a list of our ready to ship items at any given time.

Please be sure to monitor your shipment's tracking details, as you may be awaiting your shipment's delivery when in fact it is awaiting collection at your local post office due to unsuccessful delivery. 

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped requiring signature on delivery via Express Mail Service (EMS) or Express Post depending on where in the world you're located. 

How much will it cost for my order to be shipped? 
A tailored shipping rate for your destination country will be applied at checkout. Combined shipping discounts will also be calculated at checkout. If you'd prefer a more economic shipping method with a lengthier delivery time, please hello@geomoriarty.com so we can arrange this for you. 

How can I track my order?
When your order is despatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your order's tracking number. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please be sure to check. After despatch and leaving our facilities, the responsibility of the package is assumed by the customer. It is also the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking, to ensure the package is retrieved from the post office (if delivery attempts are unsuccessful) within the allowed amount of time. The allowed amount of time varies according to each individual post office. If not retrieved in time, your package will be returned to us as 'return to sender' and we cannot be held liable for any secondary shipping costs or import and/or export taxes in this circumstance. The responsibility for reshipping costs and possible taxes will rest with the customer. Packages returned to us in this way are not eligible for a refund. 

Will I have to pay duties or tax upon receipt of my delivery?
Unfortunately, Geo Moriarty cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you wish to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
